Kids Club celebrated its second annual Heart Day in February. Rotating through five different stations, the kids learned about what it takes to have a healthy heart. Whether it was jumping rope or hopping on a trampoline, the rotations with physical activities really got their hearts racing! At one station, a guest doctor explained the heart’s anatomy and used a Doppler machine to allow the students to hear their heart beat. At another station, the kids sang their hearts out to a reggae praise song called “The Cry of my Heart”, which expresses our hearts’ most important need for God’s love. Overall it was a day filled with happy and healthy hearts!
