To celebrate Valentine’s Day, our amazing and steadfast volunteer Martha, organized jump for Heart Day. Kids went to different stations to learn about the heart and how to keep it healthy, physically and spiritually.
Kids went from station to station where they heard their own hearts with a stethoscope and Doppler (how lucky we have a volunteer who is a doctor!), learned different ways to jump rope, make jump ropes to keep hearts healthy at home too and learned what God says about the heart and how we are to love and keep our hearts healthy and clean.
Kids loved the sticky goo that they had to put on for the Doppler!
We learned about what our hearts look inside our bodies and listened to our hearts for the first time. What's it saying?
Heart Day Bible Lesson! Jesus came to make our hearts clean. God lives in each of our hearts. God is love! And we share that love with others!
