After School Teacher & Youth Programs Assistant (Part Time)

The Casa Chirilagua After School Teacher & Youth Programs Assistant plays a fundamental role in developing and implementing high-quality programming for students participating in Casa Chirilagua’s youth programs. This position serves as the primary leader for a designated group of children within the Kids Club Program, leading engaging activities, implementing lesson plans, and developing positive and nurturing relationships with students and families.

Children and Youth Programs Manager (Full-time, exempt)

The Children and Youth Programs Manager leads the design, delivery, and quality of Casa Chirilagua’s youth programming portfolio. This role is both visionary and hands-on: the Manager shapes curriculum, supervises and develops staff and volunteers, partners with families, and stewards school and community relationships, ensuring every child experiences safety, belonging, and growth.

Family and Community Engagement Coordinator (Part Time)

The Family and Community Engagement Coordinator serves children, parents, and families in the Chirilagua neighborhood through relational support, advocacy, resource navigation, and community engagement. This role provides direct support to families experiencing challenges related to housing, education, employment, food insecurity, healthcare access, immigration-related concerns, and family stability while helping connect them to community resources and opportunities for growth.

Our relational network of volunteers and donors reflects a diverse group of individuals from all over the Washington, D.C. metro area. As a non-profit, we rely on the community for assisting program directors on-site, being mentors, supplying the needs of our food pantry, and everything in between.
